International Women 's Day - Women under Martsa ng Kababaihan ( Women 's Mar ) join the call for the surrender of Mrs. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in a protestation rally at historical Mendiola Span, near the Malacanang Castle. They took a `` warrant of apprehension '' and symbolical handcuffs and gave Arroyo a sentence of reclusion perpetua or life imprisonment. FDC/Bobby Diciembre
